We loved our stay at Matthew’s home! The home was clean and spacious. It had everything you need and more! We were fortunate enough to have stayed on a 60 degree weekend in February and spent a lot of time outside playing basketball and in the hot tub. We had so much fun we even extended the stay. Matthew was an outstanding host. He was kind and quickly replied to any questions we had.

Matthew was very responsive to our questions. The home was beautiful and just as described. The beds were comfortable and everything was super-clean. We LOVED the hot tub and the garage entertainment space! We weren’t there long enough to try everything out, but… next time! The basement space was also very spacious and nice. We felt like we had plenty of space for the eight of us to spread out. We also appreciated the “did-you-forget-something”items. Very thoughtful! We would love to return on our next trip to Des Moines.

This house was perfect for our large family gathering. It was beautifully decorated, very well appointed, tons to keep the kids busy. Super clean and so many thoughtful extra details that aren't necessary but were very much appreciated. Matthew was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely amazing stay!
This place was immaculate and truly felt like a resort. Beautifully designed, incredibly clean, and stocked with everything we needed. Even with snow falling outside, the house was so cozy and comfortable inside.
The kids absolutely loved it- especially the arcade games, hot tub, and having their own rooms with plenty of beds. The kitchen and living spaces were gorgeous and perfect for relaxing together, and you could tell how much thought went into every detail.
We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, and this is easily one of the best. Great location, amazing amenities, and an overall wonderful experience. 5 stars - highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

I was in town with 11 other college age guys for a Christian conference in Des Moines. Everyone was able to stay at this home comfortably. Matthew was very responsive and great to communicate with. The home was very clean and looks exactly like the photos. I would surely stay again!

This is a great place to stay and worked out perfectly for our son’s college graduation from Iowa State. Matthew was great to work with and very accommodating. We will keep this place on our list yo stay again. We’ve already been here twice. Thanks!

We had a great weekend at House Divided! All the amenities were great and it was a great place for our family to have a little weekend getaway! Very thoughtful host!
