Matt was a fantastic host. We dont have a ton of experience with Airbnb stays but this place had a TON of things to do. The pickleball court was a HUGE hit with the kids.
His responses to my questions were almost immediate and he was very accomodating. The house was very clean and organized with some of the most comfortable beds ive ever slept on. I actually intended to see what the brand was but forgot as i want them in own home!
If you stay in this home with this host you will NOT be disappointed!

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and had an amazing amount of dishes and cookware, which made it easy to prepare meals. It was fun, comfortable, and perfect for our family of five. We would definitely stay again!

Matt was very responsive with any issues that came up. We asked about a high chair and baby gate as one of our guests was 16 months old. He had a high chair delivered in an hour and the baby gate first thing in the morning! Excellent communication at all times and very helpful and accommodating!! The space worked great for our group of 10 with 6 adults and 4 children ages 1 to 8. The game room in the garage was a hit with the kids and even the adults. Beds were super comfy as well. Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in the area.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house is brand new, incredibly spacious, and perfect for larger groups. The bathrooms were especially impressive modern, clean, and beautifully designed.
The backyard was the real highlight. It had everything you could want for hanging out and having fun: a hot tub, basketball/pickleball court, putting green, bonfire pit, and great lighting that made it just as enjoyable at night.
Inside, the home was just as cool, with unique decorations and tons of fun movie and music themed touches that gave it a really fun and memorable vibe.
Overall, this place exceeded expectations and we’d absolutely stay here again!

So happy we stumbled upon this house!! We had a last minute mom’s trip with our kids over their spring break and it couldn’t have been more perfect! Matt truly thought of EVERYTHING! A million options for the kids to do and not a single thing we wish it had. The kitchen is a dream and stocked with anything and everything. The bedrooms were all cozy and no fights over who slept where because all were equally perfect. Matt was very responsive and the couple of questions we had were answered nearly immediately. I’m positive all eight of our kids will remember this house forever!

Matthew's place was exactly as advertised. It had everything you could want in a home for a group of people. He takes great care of the home and also all the amenities inside to make every guest feel at home. Would gladly stay again!

Wow! What a wonderful home for 6 adults and 8 kids. We had a great time. The home was spacious and quiet. Despite the weather not cooperating for our entire stay, we enjoyed all there was to do inside the home. We had a few reasons to contact Matthew, and he was quick and friendly with his responses. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this home. it was pristine. If we had any issues, Matthew responded right away. Our family loved the game room and it was in a great location for everything we needed to do. We visit Ankeny every year and we can't wait to get back to this home.

Tons of space for a couple families to meet and relax together while in town. Loved the layout. The garage room turned into game room is brilliant and made for hours of enjoyment

What a fantastic place to stay! My friends and I enjoyed a relaxing weekend. The host thought of everything. We loved using the hot tub, sauna, and massage chair! We would love to come back.
